What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Sharonville Service Center, you will support the reliability and performance of our wash operations by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment

• Completing preventive maintenance and routine inspections

• Supporting facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety standards

• Demonstrating strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Solid understanding of OSHA safety practices and LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and control systems

• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Sharonville shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
