What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team supporting production and facility equipment at our West Chester service center, with a strong focus on uptime and equipment reliability
• Serve as a hands-on, player-coach maintenance leader, actively supporting troubleshooting and breakdown response alongside technicians
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across automated production equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and industrial wash equipment
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment performance
• Partner closely with operations leadership to support daily production goals, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work using a CMMS or work order system, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently
• Mentor and coach maintenance technicians, setting clear expectations and promoting accountability and skill development across shifts
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements as needed
• Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor while balancing planning, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2–5 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role
• Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Direct experience working with automated equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and production machinery
• A proven player-coach leadership style with the ability to lead through technical credibility and hands-on involvement
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and using a CMMS or work order system
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Ability and willingness to be regularly present on the production floor, supporting troubleshooting and equipment recovery
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule

This is a 1st shift, on-site management role, with core hours aligned to daytime operations, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is expected to support multiple shifts, maintenance activities, and occasional off-hours needs as they arise.
