What You'll Do:

You’ll lead the maintenance team at our Salt Lake City wash center — ensuring optimal equipment uptime and reliability across all three shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job, and you’ll be at the heart of operations each day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing, and scheduling a maintenance team of technicians across three shifts.

• Driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve performance.

• Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC-driven systems (including industrial washers, conveyors, compressors, and motors).

• Managing CMMS data, work orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

• Partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver safe, food-grade performance.

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction through root cause analysis and project planning.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys being in the middle of the action — someone who can roll up their sleeves, coach their team, and solve problems on the floor.

Ideal background includes:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 2–5 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, controls, and industrial automation systems.

• Proven experience implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

• Proficiency with CMMS tools and work order management.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and engage technicians across multiple shifts.

• Preferred: welding/fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Arc) and exposure to food or beverage production environments.

Work Schedule

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Must engage with all three shifts for visibility and leadership coverage.

• Occasional on-call troubleshooting as needed to support 24/7 operations.

• Location: On-site at Tosca’s Salt Lake City service center.
