What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Portage Service Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment

• Performing preventive maintenance and conducting safety checks

• Supporting facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment problems

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols

• Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with precision and consistency

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls

• Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Portage shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
