Job Title:  Facility Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Custodial duties throughout the plant; general clean-up of production, warehouse, office
• Clean common areas such as lunchrooms, refrigerator, ovens 
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and recycling
• Cleaning restrooms to include replenishing the soap and paper dispensers 
• Keep records on facility preventive maintenance items 
• Operate security system for opening and closing building 
• Maintain and order cleaning supply inventory  
• Assist maintenance team with plant and office upkeep such as painting or event set up when needed 
• Other custodial duties as outlined by the Plant Manager or Maintenance Team Lead 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous experience coordination of facilities housekeeping desired 
• High School diploma or equivalent  
• Basic knowledge of painting, and cleaning, including techniques, cleaning chemicals, etc. 
• Familiar with MSDS for all chemicals used 
• Track record of self-direction and follow-through on assignments with no direct supervision 
• Trustworthiness to have off-shift access to plant and confidential office areas 
• High level of attention to detail, with an eye for good housekeeping standards 

Work Schedule

1st shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
