As the General Manager of our Lakewood Service Center, you’ll lead a tight-knit team at a site with big potential for improvement. You’ll have the resources, autonomy, and leadership support to drive real change—whether it’s streamlining operations, elevating team engagement, or improving cost efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations for a two-shift Service Center, overseeing safety, production, quality, shipping, receiving, and maintenance.
• Build a strong culture of accountability and engagement, setting high expectations and coaching your team to meet them.
• Partner with your Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Analyze production processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control and optimal resource use.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and food safety protocols (ISO).
• Collaborate with Sales to explore creative solutions and product testing opportunities.
• Serve as an on-site leader who’s highly visible, accessible, and invested in the success of both shifts.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years in manufacturing, production, or service center leadership, preferably with conveyor or process-line experience.
• Proven success in team leadership, culture building, and holding people accountable through coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of operational financials and cost-management strategies.
• Experience writing and implementing SOPs.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and food safety standards.
• Bonus points for maintenance or mechanical knowledge to help guide technical conversations.
• High energy, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Work Schedule

• Primarily first shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), Monday–Friday.
• Expect to work 45–50 hours per week, with occasional time spent on second shift to support team development and performance.
• Travel up to 10% for training, meetings, or support at other sites.
