What You'll Do:

As the lead maintenance professional on first shift, you'll keep our equipment running safely and efficiently while serving as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues
Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities
Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems
Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Maintain work orders and maintenance records
Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay and Perks:

Salary starts at $100,000 and increases based on experience. This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
