What You'll Do:
- Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Review and validate timekeeping records across plant and office locations
- Maintain payroll data in ADP, including new hires, pay changes, tax updates, deductions, and 401(k) elections
- Generate and audit payroll and benefits reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions
- Administer benefits enrollments, life event changes, COBRA notifications, and leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave)
- Partner with HR, Finance, and site leaders to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems required
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Solid understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and related regulations
- Experience supporting a multi-state, non-exempt workforce strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain payroll and benefits clearly to employees
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certifications are a plus.
Pay and Perks:

- Pay: This is a full-time salaried position with a base salary range of $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 5%.
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid position based out of 800 Bay Beach Road, Green Bay, WI 54302. The schedule requires working in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday. The standard schedule is nine hours per day, including a one-hour lunch break. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet payroll deadlines or other business needs.
