What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Green Bay Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues

• Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Supporting building needs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general upkeep

• Working closely with the maintenance team to resolve recurring mechanical or electrical issues

• Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety protocols

• Demonstrating strong working knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical experience and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical)

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations, including LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems

• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required

• Flexibility to support overtime and changing business needs

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Green Bay shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
