Job Responsibilities:

Our service centers play a key role in ensuring our reusable containers are processed in a food safe environment to provide exceptional service for our customers.  The General Production role works on the front line, processing containers to meet planned throughput, safety, and quality goals.  We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Green Bay, WI!

Qualifications:

• Rotate on all "position relevant" jobs, respect that all jobs are as equally important and be willing to help out on any job where needed
• Wood Repair, understand and determine repairable versus scrap 640 wood components, performing at line speed on all machinery
• 640's Wood and Steel Lines, process wood box components to include inspecting wood panels and steel frames, sorting defective panels and frames for repair and performing quality checks
• Operate automated machinery per production plan
• Follow written instructions quality, machine work instructions, etc.
• Monitor product quality to customer expectations
• Abide by all safety policies, identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
• Ability to stand on a concrete floor 8-12 hours per day on a production line
• Lift up to 30lbs on a periodic basis
• Must be at 18 years of age. 
• Must be able to speak, read and write basic English. 

Work Schedule

2nd shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 

3rd shift 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
