What You'll Do:

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping our reusable packaging systems running at peak performance. You will:

  • Provide technical service and support to Tosca customers, both on-site and remotely.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, systems, and packaging solutions.

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to implement process improvements.

  • Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

  • Train customer staff on proper equipment use, care, and best practices.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical know-how and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or industrial equipment maintenance.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple assignments, and travel frequently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted customer relationships.

  • Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and reporting software.

  • A mindset for safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, field-based role that requires regular travel to customer sites — up to 60% travel is expected. Typical hours follow standard business schedules, but flexibility is needed depending on customer needs, site visits, and travel schedules.
