What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Charlotte Service Center, you will support equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and safe operations by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment

• Performing preventive maintenance and completing required inspections

• Supporting building repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep

• Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring issues

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and Tosca protocols

• Strictly following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a hands-on technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO

• Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

• Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls

• Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful

• Ability to work overtime when needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Charlotte shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sun–Thu)
