What You'll Do:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day maintenance operations within our service center, ensuring our equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll provide hands-on leadership and technical support to the maintenance team while also taking ownership of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting maintenance technicians on daily tasks and preventive maintenance plans.

Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and process control issues.

Ensuring compliance with safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and Tosca’s food safety standards.

Maintaining accurate records through CMMS systems (MaintainX or similar).

Overseeing spare parts inventory and coordinating with vendors.

Training, mentoring, and holding maintenance team members accountable.

Partnering with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and increase throughput.

Driving organization and accountability within the maintenance area.
What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong background in manufacturing or food/packaging environments (dairy, food, beverage experience preferred).

Knowledge of boilers, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), VFD drives, compressors, HVAC, and industrial wash equipment.

Familiarity with 480v/3-phase electrical systems, and basic welding (MIG/TIG).

Experience using CMMS platforms to manage work orders and preventive maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Effective communicator and organizer who can set clear expectations and hold a team accountable.

Physically able to meet job demands (standing 8–12 hours, lifting 50 lbs, working at heights, in hot/cold conditions).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Work Schedule
-
Standard shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Occasional Saturdays required (typically once a month) to complete preventive maintenance.

Flexibility to support other shifts as needed to ensure coverage.
