What You'll Do:
As our Talent Development Manager, you’ll drive employee growth and organizational excellence by leading key initiatives in leadership development, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. This is a strategic, hands-on role that partners closely with HR and business leaders to design and deliver scalable, high-impact development programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, multi-format learning experiences using platforms like LinkedIn Learning, instructor-led training, and mentorship programs.

Build leadership development programs for Sr. Manager level and below, including emerging leader curriculum and coaching programs.

Lead onboarding for salaried employees; collaborate on optimizing hourly onboarding across locations.

Manage our engagement survey process and turn results into actionable plans.

Launch recognition programs aligned with Tosca’s values to boost engagement.

Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with company goals.

Track program success through KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analysis.

Oversee learning systems and tools, collaborating with the HRIS team for ongoing improvements.
What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Proficiency with LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to program design and delivery.

Experience coaching managers and building leadership pipelines.

Passion for engagement, continuous learning, and driving business outcomes through people.

Spanish fluency is required to support a global and multilingual workforce.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in our Midtown Atlanta office at Colony Square. Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Company-paid parking is provided.
