Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing our customer relationships and optimizing supply chain operations. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to manage inventory, coordinate transportation, and ensure seamless supply chain processes.

• Location: Hybrid work environment based in Midtown Atlanta
• Schedule: Monday and Friday from home; Tuesday through Thursday in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly inventory and transportation activities.
• Plan and execute outbound orders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Optimize reverse logistics to maintain a steady supply of reusable packaging solutions.
• Enhance and expand Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems.
• Collaborate with operations and 3PL providers to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Provide detailed reporting on usage, forecasting, shipping, and budget vs. actual performance.
• Support Sales and Service teams with data and logistics for customer engagements and new initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a passion for sustainable practices.
