Join Tosca as our Senior SAP SuccessFactors & Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our global HR operations. You'll lead the strategic deployment and optimization of our HRIS platforms, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Goals, Performance, and Compensation.
  • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors settings to align with business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HRIS roadmap that supports Tosca's global HR strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, documenting processes, and creating training materials for end-users.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR workflows, data, and reporting needs to identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage system updates, test scenarios, and validate project deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key workforce metrics and provide HR and business leaders with actionable insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations on various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as an HR Systems Analyst, with at least three years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven experience using data analytics software, such as Tableau or PowerBI, to develop visually compelling and insightful HR dashboards and reports.
  • Experience supporting global HRIS implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR processes, data, and systems across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex HRIS initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role where Monday and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
