Job Title: Senior Asset Management Analyst
Atlanta, GA, US, 30361
Who We Are
Tosca is a global leader in reusable packaging solutions, helping companies across the supply chain reduce waste, improve efficiency, and drive sustainability. By offering innovative packaging solutions, we help businesses minimize their environmental impact while maximizing performance.
Your Impact
As part of the Asset Management team, you’ll play a critical role in driving insights and strategy around our returnable container fleet. You’ll dig into the data, surface patterns in container turns and losses, and help us improve how our containers flow through the supply chain. You’ll also be the go-to person for scan data, collaborating with teams across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure the right data is being captured, understood, and acted on.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role where analytical skills and strong communication are equally important. Think of yourself as the "data translator"—able to go from complex datasets to clear business insights and recommendations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead scan data reporting and analysis across warehouse and wash site operations.
- Own and enhance dashboards in Power BI to highlight key trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Analyze product flows and reconcile actual container movement against projections.
- Drive QBR support by building customer-specific reports on container usage, turn performance, and losses.
- Collaborate with third-party GPS tracker vendors and integrate findings into our internal systems.
- Communicate findings with both technical and non-technical audiences—including warehouse leaders, sales managers, and customers.
- Act as a project leader, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify gaps in current processes and propose new ways to track, visualize, and improve asset performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in asset management, supply chain analytics, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Power BI; SQL and Access experience highly preferred.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting findings to internal and external audiences (think: sales managers or QBRs).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you're curious, analytical, and take initiative.
- Bonus points for experience in the food, packaging, agricultural, or manufacturing industries—but not required.
- A good attitude and strong teamwork vibe—this team values collaboration and low-ego communication.
