Under the supervision of the General Counsel, the Contracts Administrator will have oversight of all customer contracts, monitor compliance with all contractual components, and provide contract administration and management services to provide operational support to the Business Units. This hybrid role allows you to work from home on Monday and Friday. Tuesday through Thursday will be in our midtown Colony Square office location.



Job Responsibilities


  • Support the commercial team in execution of sales contracts from start to end.
  • Track contract due dates, modifications, deliverables, renewals, pricing and all other contractual components that require attention.
  • Trak contract deliverables and monitor compliance, as well as provide updates and guidance to the commercial team on compliance. 
  • Work closely with the Finance department regarding all contractual pricing items for implementation and updates, as well as review pricing assumptions. Conduct “health checks” on billing components.
  • Monitor the health of customer contracts and facilitate improving language for renewals or addendums.
  • Assures that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract. 
  • Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file. 
  • Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist.



  • 3-4 years of experience working with sales contracts or legal documents  
  • Experience working with commercial and financial contracts is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. 
  • Client-service oriented with the ability to work collaboratively. 
  • Have great attention to detail while still meeting deadlines, and have great organization skills.
  • Action-oriented, self-motivated, efficiently manage time, multi-task, and prioritize activities on regular basis.
