This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Atlanta, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Do:

• Dive deep into data from Salesforce and Dynamics 365 to uncover business trends.
• Create impactful reports and dashboards that track key metrics, sales performance, and revenue trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance sales strategies.
• Support leadership with insights and prepare presentations for high-stakes meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the game.
• Own the end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel, delivering regular insights to drive better business decisions.

What You'll Bring:

• Expert Salesforce skills – you know the platform inside and out.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing analytics.
• A knack for working with BI tools to analyze complex data sets, and a talent for translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills – you'll be presenting to senior leaders, so clarity and confidence are key.
• A collaborative mindset – you'll work closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
