Job Title: Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
Atlanta, GA, US, 30361
Why Tosca?
At Tosca, we’re redefining supply chains by delivering innovative solutions that drive sustainability, efficiency, and performance. Our team thrives on collaboration, transparency, and a commitment to doing the right thing. As a leader in the reusable packaging space, we’re looking for dynamic individuals who are ready to make an impact. Here, you’ll have the chance to build your career while helping us transform the way goods move through supply chains.
What You'll Do:
As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely analytics that drive informed business decisions. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll oversee one direct report and lead efforts in financial modeling, reporting, and capital analysis to support Tosca’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and refining analytics that guide capital investments and customer pricing strategies.
- Developing and enhancing tools to optimize economic decision-making.
- Evaluating and forecasting capital expenditures to support cash planning.
- Driving initiatives to improve asset cycle time and reduce loss rates.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain—to analyze data, forecast supply chains, and automate reporting processes.
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Training and mentoring the Financial Analyst, fostering growth and developing a strong talent pipeline.
This is not a passive reporting role—we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, digs deep into the data, and brings proactive recommendations that improve performance across the business.
What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for an analytical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about turning numbers into narratives that drive action. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of corporate analyst experience (ideally in a medium to large-scale business setting).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI—you’ll need to build, not just maintain, models and reports.
- A track record of building financial models from scratch—not just running reports, but identifying trends, asking the right questions, and making recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message for different audiences—whether it’s a plant manager, a director, or a C-suite leader.
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable working across teams and contributing to a positive, team-focused culture.
- An eagerness to teach and develop others, with a natural inclination to mentor and grow the team around you.
- Bonus points for experience in logistics or supply chain analytics, but it’s not a must.
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in our Midtown Atlanta office at Colony Square. Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Company-paid parking is provided.
