From onboarding new team members and imaging laptops to exploring emerging technologies and staying ahead of hardware trends, you’ll help ensure Tosca’s people have the tools they need to succeed — today and tomorrow.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Tosca employees, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals.
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops using tools such as Microsoft Intune/Autopilot or similar.
  • Support new hire onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to test new laptop models, features, and technologies.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain internal knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor ticket queues using tools like ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or ServiceNow and ensure timely resolution.
  • Occasionally support in-office AV equipment and conference room technology setups.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on IT help desk or technical support experience.
  • Experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment – preferably mid-sized or enterprise scale.

Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Imaging and deployment experience (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with testing and evaluating new hardware models, features, and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of endpoint security, printers, VPN, and Office 365.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting AV conference room equipment and tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong familiarity with laptop vendors such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
  • Comfort working with tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or ManageEngine.
  • Experience supporting remote users via tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Quick Assist.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role. You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and be in the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays at our Midtown Atlanta location in the Colony Square building. Company-paid parking is provided.
