Are you ready to take on a pivotal role at Tosca? As the Director of Asset Management, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our Supply Chain. Your expertise in data analytics will be key to protecting and controlling Tosca’s physical assets, ensuring optimal utilization while minimizing losses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing cutting-edge technology to track, trace, and report on assets throughout our network. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain NA, you’ll be shaping the future of asset management at Tosca.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analytics & Insights: Use advanced analytics to track and trace Tosca's assets, providing real-time visibility and actionable insights.

• Process Optimization: Analyze asset data (including loss, customer turnover, and RPC tracking) to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.

• Predictive Solutions: Leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to forecast potential asset loss or inefficiencies, taking proactive corrective measures.

• Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of assets, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

• Field Audits & Loss Prevention: Work with the Field Audit team to investigate potential asset loss or misuse, developing data-driven solutions.

• Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the customer reporting team to excel in their roles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Foster a data-driven mindset by guiding the team in adopting best practices, advanced data analysis techniques, and effective customer communication strategies. Take ownership of team performance by setting clear goals, aligning expectations, and providing ongoing feedback. Actively support the professional development of each team member by identifying growth opportunities and empowering them to reach their full potential. Your leadership will be key in building a high-performing, motivated team that consistently delivers outstanding results.

• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Customer Service teams to integrate asset management insights into broader business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in asset management, supply chain, or data-driven operations, with a focus on optimizing asset utilization and minimizing losses.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing data analytics to drive supply chain optimization and asset management initiatives.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating impactful, interactive dashboards that inform decision-making.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with adaptability to evolving business needs and technologies.

Work Schedule

Location: Hybrid - Colony Square office, Midtown Atlanta, GA
Work from home: Monday and Friday | In-office: Tuesday through Thursday
