About the Role:
As a Project Manager – Customer Implementation, you’ll lead the orchestration of customer programs and trials. Reporting directly to our Director of Process Optimization, you’ll own the full scope of project management, aligning cross-functional teams, refining processes, and driving change management to guarantee a top-notch customer experience. This hybrid role offers a balance of remote and in-office collaboration, with 30-50% travel required to connect with clients and oversee on-site implementations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Programs & Trials Implementation: Spearhead project management for customer programs, maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder clarity.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with the Director of Process Optimization to streamline and enhance our customer rollout process.
  • Change Management: Ensure customer-related changes are communicated effectively and adopted organization-wide.
  • After-Action Reviews: Lead post-implementation reviews, continuously improving our approach for future success.
  • Documentation & Standardization: Maintain consistent, repeatable processes to elevate our customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in project management or customer implementation, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in PMP methodologies, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, process optimization, and change management.
  • Experience in supply chain, retail, or service industries is a plus!
