What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Salesforce Architect to take full ownership of our Salesforce environment, driving digital transformation and improving the effectiveness of sales, commercial activities, and customer experience.

As the sole owner of our CRM Salesforce platform, you will lead strategy, innovation, and optimization, ensuring Salesforce delivers maximum value to the business. This role is highly strategic—you’ll collaborate with sales, commercial, and customer experience teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and data insights.

Your Impact

• Lead CRM Strategy – Define and implement a CRM roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Optimize Salesforce – Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability while staying ahead of industry trends.
• Business Collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful CRM solutions.
• Drive Innovation – Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and enhanced usability.
• Enhance Reporting & Insights – Implement dashboards and analytics tools that provide actionable intelligence.
• Empower Teams – Maintain documentation and deliver training to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of CRM experience, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in supply chain or related industries, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
