What You’ll Do:

As an Asset Management Analyst at Tosca, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our returnable containers flow efficiently through the supply chain. Your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Data Management: Oversee and manage customer container shipment reporting, maintaining detailed data and reports across multiple supply chains.
  • Auditing & Analysis: Develop and maintain an audit schedule for customers, analyze asset usage patterns, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Customer Support: Perform asset utilization analysis (turns, losses, out-of-network shipments) to support customer reviews led by the sales team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to minimize losses, improve asset recovery, and recommend process improvements across the supply chain.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tosca’s sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to streamline operations and recover assets from external partners such as food banks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in finance, supply chain, logistics, or asset management OR a Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze KPIs and deliver actionable insights to support business initiatives.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Organization: High-level organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relational databases is a plus.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for working as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
