Tosca is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in high-volume invoice processing, and enjoy collaborating with vendors and internal teams, this role is for you.

Location: Colony Square, Midtown Atlanta
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; In-Office Tuesday – Thursday)

What You'll Do:

Full-cycle accounts payable processing for high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices in D365.
Ensure accuracy in GL coding and invoice reconciliation.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Research and resolve problem invoices, past due amounts, and credit balances.
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Help prepare for month-end close and assist in vendor clean-up projects.
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of high-volume AP experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Experience with D365 (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
