Recruitment fraud warning

Even before you join the Tosca team, we keep your best interests in mind. Please be aware of the individuals, organizations, placement agencies, internet sites or social media accounts fraudulently enticing job seekers by promising career opportunities at one of our Tosca locations. Please note that we only work with agencies who are authorized by Tosca as our Regional or National Staffing Partners. Our Recruiting Team and staffing partners do not ask for any confidential or personal information such as bank account number or other personal identifiable information during the pre-employment screening process.

All offer related communications are sent from an official Tosca email address ONLY and all offers can be accessed via your personal candidate portal at careers.toscaltd.com. They can only be accessed through a unique ID and password provided by the candidate.

FRAUDULENT OFFER LETTERS

A fake offer letter will have blurry Tosca logos copied from the internet and/or use public domain IDs (@gmail.com, @yahoo, etc.) or have a fake email address to communicate with you. Regardless of which email ID it comes from, the fraudulent companies running will usually complete the interview process via a texting application, ask for a fee in exchange of the offer/interview with Tosca and/or request your personal information. Tosca will NEVER ask for any fee in exchange for offers of employment or interviews, such as:

  • Recruitment Fee
  • Processing Fee
  • Security Deposit
  • Software or Equipment Charges

IF YOU SUSPECT A FRAUDULENT OFFER LETTER, REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO:
